Problem
Plugged Drain Line.
Excessive water in

Cause
Solution
Check flow to drain. Clean flow
control.
Clean or replace brine valve.
Clean injector and replace screen.
Increase pressure to allow injector to
perform properly (1.4 bar minimum).
Replace controller.
Clean drain line and/or flow control.
Clean or replace injector and screen.
Check for restriction in BLFC. Ensure
safety float is not stuck.
Line pressure must be at least 1.4 bar.
Call dealer. Check piston, seals and
spacers for scratches and dents.
Replace controller.
Call dealer. Clean valve, rebuild unit.
Replace motor.
