Extended shutdown of the industrial truck

If the industrial truck has to be shut down for more than two months – for operational
reasons, for example – it must be stored in a frost-free and dry area and the actions
to be taken before, during and after shutdown must be undertaken as described.
IMPORTANT The industrial truck must be jacked up during shutdown so that no wheels are
in contact with the floor. This is the only way to ensure that the wheels and
wheel bearings are not damaged.
If the industrial truck is to be shut down for more than six months, the need for
additional measures must be determined in conjunction with the manufacturer's
customer service department.
