Step 1
Power on
Step 2
Press SOS button for 3
seconds.
If GPS has fixed its position,
you will receive a message in
the format shown on right
indicating the position is
fixed. If the position can not
be fixed within 3 minutes,
you will also receive a "GPS
not fixed" message.
(Note 1): If error occurs during power on stage, the red status LED will flash 4 times quickly and then shut down.
This might result from:
Configuration file error or setup not completed.

Please turn off the power, disable the SIM PIN entry function by hand phone and restart it
