tension when in use. Full body harness
must be used when connected to this
device. Use caution when lifeline is
used near sharp edges. For use by
trained personnel only. Suitable for use
with Latchways horizontal lifelines.
Inspection: Always inspect before use. This shall include: activating the audible
clicking mechanism, testing the locking and retracting function, checking operation of
the connector, checking load indicator is not deployed and checking for evidence of
defects, damage or missing parts. Conduct periodic inspection at least annually by
an authorised inspection entity and record in the product inspection log. Label/
mark the product with the next periodic inspection date. Do not use if
inspection reveals an unsafe condition. Contact an authorised repair

entity for repairs and recertification. Record repair and
recertification in the product inspection log.

or misuse of this product, or failure to follow
instructions may result in serious injury or death.
This device must be removed from service immediately
when the visual load indicator is deployed. See other
