3.4 Pull the roll neck towards the inside of the helmet to remove the two rear flaps
of the roll neck from the seats on the shell sealing edge and remove it from the
helmet (Fig.20).

LINER DISASSEMBLY

4.1 Unhook the left rear flap of the liner from the shell rear edge by slightly puling the
comfort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig.21). Follow the same steps
for the right rear flap.
4.2 Hold the left front part of the liner and pull it upwards in order to remove the cor-
responding liner flap from the support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell (Fig.22).
Then repeat the same steps for the central front and right flap.
4.3 Completely remove the liner from the helmet.

LINER ASSEMBLY

5.1 Insert the liner correctly into the helmet and fit it well against the base.
5.2 Insert the central front flap of the liner into its seat on the support fixed to the pol-
ystyrene inner shell and push it downwards until it is completely locked (Fig.22).
Then repeat the operation with the left and right flaps making sure that the side
ends of the liner are placed between the external side frames and the polystyrene
inner shell.
Warning: Check the correct assembly of the liner front area by lifting and lowering
the VPS. These movements should be smooth. If this is not the case, repeat steps
4.2 and 5.2.
5.3 Insert the rear right and left flaps of the liner into the relevant lower seats on the
shell edge (Fig.21). Push the flaps until they are fully hooked onto the support.

ASSEMBLY OF THE ROLL NECK

6.1 Insert the rear right and left flaps of the roll neck into the relevant upper seats on
the shell edge (Fig.20). Push the flaps until they are fully hooked onto the support.
6.2 Insert the side flap into the seat on the lining of the left polystyrene cheek pad and
push it towards the inside of the helmet until it is completely locked to the support
(Fig.19).
6.3 Press the front button of the roll neck to fasten it to the corresponding seat on the
lining of the left polystyrene cheek pad (Fig.18).
6.4 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.

ASSEMBLY OF THE INNER EXPANDING FOAM PADDING OF THE CHEEK PADS
7.1 Gently put the inner expanding foam padding inside the fabric lining of the left
cheek pad (Fig.17). Carefully spread out the padding while checking that there are
no wrinkles in the cheek pad fabric lining.
7.2 Insert the upper flap "B" and the lower flap "C" of the frame into their loops on the
back of the frame (Fig.16).
7.3 Fasten the three eyelets "A" of the rear frame of the left cheek pad next to the three
snap buttons (top, front and rear) on its back (Fig.16).
7.4 Repeat these steps with the right cheek pad padding.
