pressure (See Fig. 2). Doing so may result in rupture or explosion in the
event of fire or overfilling. Instead, immediately return the unit to a factory
trained service technician and do not use under any circumstances.

3. Check to ensure the handwheel is closed and the system is depressurized (Fig.
3). Disconnect the inflator hose from the QD fitting (Fig. 4). Put the inflation system to
the side, it will be reassembled during the Vest Configuration section of the manual.

4. Unscrew the fill port cap from the
fill port (Fig. 5).

to ensure that no debris, residue or
moisture is present.
