The controls are preset from the factory, but desired functions can be programmed in
the field. This section includes programming product times and set-points, and
Special Programming, which are the more detailed settings.

NOTE: If "LOCK" shows in the display when trying to change the set-points or times,
the controls must be unlocked before making changes. See Special Programming for
unlocking procedures.

Press and hold the program button until "PROG MODE" shows in the display.

Press the desired product button and the LED above the button is on and the

Press the up or down button to change the set-point temperature. Press and

hold the up or down button to change the set value in 5 degree increments.
Once the up or down button are released, the set-point is saved after 2 seconds.

To reset set-point temperature to default settings, press and hold both the up
