Generic RS-232 Serial line
This cable comprises a multi purpose serial line. It provides interface with any peripheral
unit. One end of the cable connects to the local unit
while the other connects to the peripheral
documentation.
In many cases, only the RxD, TxD and GND pins are used. Twisted pairs are sufficient
in the cable.
