Troubleshooting Continued
DISPLAY
The dryer stops working mid cycle
Dryer is taking too long and/or the
drying results were not satisfactory
Small amount of water is pooling
below dryer
Clothes are getting too hot or
damaged.

Dryer has been paused?
Dryer door is open?
Drying program selected is not suitable
for the load or clothing type.
Dryer is overloaded.
Lint filter is blocked.
Condenser filter is blocked.
Load overly wet before being loaded into
the dryer.
Environmental conditions may be
effecting performance.
Dryer is not level.
Door seals are not clean or are damaged.
Water tank is full.
Water tank is not correctly installed.
Bypass hose (drain hose) has become
disconnected at rear, or damaged.
Drain may be blocked.
Cycle selected not appropriate for the
load.
Clothes are being removed from the
dryer before the drying program has
been completed (i.e. allowing the cool
down to occur).
Your dryer may be overloaded.
Your dryer may not be level.

SOLUTION
Press the On/Off button, select your drying
program and press Play/Pause.
Press the Play/Pause button to resume.
Ensure the door is completely closed.
Refer to the drying program guide within this
user manual and try alternative programs.
Ensure the dryer is not being overloaded
according to the selected drying program and
clothing type.
Refer to the Cleaning and Maintenance section.
Refer to the Cleaning and Maintenance section.
Try increasing your spin speed settings on your
washing machine to remove more water from
the clothing before drying.
In hot and/or humid environments, the dryers
performance will not be as efficient and will
take longer.
Use a spirit level to check that the dryer is level
and stable.
Use a cloth to clean the door seals from any
lint build up. If your door seals are damaged,
please contact our after sales service team.
Empty the water collection tank and re-install.
Remove the water collection tank and re-fit
fully.
Check the bypass hose at the rear and ensure
that it is still fitted correctly and free from
damage.
Check that your drain is working and
unblocked.
Select the appropriate drying program and
settings for your clothing types.
Allow the drying program to complete it's
cycle. If you need to remove clothes before
completion, it's important to lay clothing out to
allow the heat to dissipate.
Ensure that the dryer isn't overloaded.
Ensure that the dryer is installed level and on a
flat surface. Adjust the feet as required.
