Settings

This section describes possible settings with this unit by
explaining each button and tab in detail.

Administration Screen Buttons

The Administration screen has four buttons located at
the bottom of the screen and they have the following
functions.
Only these four buttons are available in sales clerk mode.
[Cancel Job] Button
Touch this button to cancel the printing job in progress.
When you touch the button, a message appears
prompting you to confirm whether you want to cancel
the job in progress or all the jobs. Touch the [First job]
button to cancel the current print job. Touch the [All
jobs] button to cancel all print jobs. Touch the [Go Back]
button to return to the Administration screen.
Notes
• This button is available in sales clerk mode.
• If there are no jobs in progress, the "There is no
spooled job" message appears. Touch the [OK] button
to return to the Administration screen.
[Logs] Button
Touch this button to view or copy the sales logs to a
storage media or print them.
Note
This button is available in sales clerk mode.
• [Previous], [Next] buttons
Touch these buttons to display the previous or next sales
log. The sales log displayed varies depending on the
[Summary Log] setting made on the [Accounting] tab.
• [Export Summary log]
Touch this button to copy the sales log currently
displayed on the screen to an external storage device.
Follow the instructions on the screen to proceed.
• [Print Summary log] button
Touch this button to print the sales log currently
displayed on the screen on the receipt printer.
[Shutdown] Button
Touch this button to shut down the system. When you
touch the button a message prompts you to confirm you
want to shut down the system.
Touch the [OK] button to proceed. Touch the [Cancel]
button to return to the Administration screen.
