Install the 2 log to the right back side of the fireplace behind the burner holes

Your installed 2 logs should lay positioned as below

Install the 3 log over the portion of the burner pan with only one row of holes on the right side of the
fireplace.

Install the 4 log over the portion of the burner pan with only one row of holes on the left side of the
fireplace.
