You will be prompted to enter the name of the Workgroup or Domain in the next box. Type in a
desired name of it and click on "Next" to proceed.

"Network" box with Identification tab selected will appear as follows. You can change the
Computer Name and Workgroup after clicking on "Change" in the middle of the box.
