(Single Tray Feeder)

Fault Detected at Exit Port
◊ This error occurs when a pallet of a tray is not stored completely in the magazine when a

lifter starts its operation.
◊ Verify if magazine interlock sensor is turned ON.
Action
(If it is turned ON, the lifter can move up and down.)
(1) Check the following magazine interlock sensors: PH17 (single tray)
(2) Check the connector of the sensor for improper connection or disconnection.
(3) Check if the sensitivity adjustment and the sensing position are good.
◊ Verify the condition of the pallet.
(1) When indentation is insufficient
Teach [pallet origin] of the machine parameter of the tray again.
∗ When [pallet origin] is changed, also be sure to teach [pallet stroke] again.
