MAINTENANCE (Multi-tray Feeder)
2-6-8 Empty Tray Box Is Full
This is detected by the empty tray full sensor at the upper of empty tray discharge box.
(See 5085h bit 3 in I/O MAP.)
◊ The empty tray box is full.
Cause
◊ Remove trays in the empty tray box.
Action
After removing them, make sure to return the box to the former position.
2-6-9 Air Pressure Down
The air pressure is detected by the air pressure detection sensor.
(See 5800h bit 2 in I/O MAP.)
◊ This error occurs when the pressure of compressed air supplied to the machine is

dropped.
◊ Supply the compressed air which is higher than 0.5MPa.
Action
◊ Check the supply air.
◊ Check for the excessive high setting value of air pressure detect gauge.
◊ Check the piping
