Holder Pin and Conveyor Interfered
It is detected by the board holder interlock sensor.
(See 5081h bit 7, 5089h bit 7 in I/O MAP)
◊ This error occurs if a support pin shields the optical axis of the sensor when conducting
Cause
width adjustment at the start of automatic operation.
◊ Verify the support pins
Action
Are the length and setting of the support pins proper in accordance with a board width?
◊ Verify the detection mechanism.
(1) Is there any damage on the sensor for the detection of support pin?
(2) Is there any looseness in the fixing set screw of the sensor for the detection of support
pin?

◊ These errors occur when there is an irregular communication with the recognition device
Cause
(HGR).
◊ Verify the HGR recognition board. (Located in CPU BOX)
Action
(1) Check the connector for the looseness or disconnection.
(2) Check the setting of the board (Insert it to the bottom of the connector.)
(3) No irregularities are found after checking (1) and (2) above.
◊ It may be recovered by restarting the machine.
