Head Trouble
◊ This error occurs when the Z-axis origin or Z-axis middle position sensor does not react
Cause
within a second, during Z-axis rising.
◊ If Z-axis motor is out of order, check for the mechanical overload or foreign body on the

axis.
◊ Check the proper reaction of middle position sensor.
◊ Check for the troubles in the Z-axis motor or drivers.
◊ Conduct restarting operation. If the message appears after conducting the restarting,
please contact the manufacturer.

Transmission Error with CM95
◊ This error occurs when there is a optical communication error between the mounter and

◊ If the communication error occurs, restart the machine.
Action
◊ Check for the disconnection, damage or wrong connection of the optical cables between
the mounter and the multi-tray feeder.
◊ The mounter and the multi-tray feeder have the trouble of optical communication board
(CMM3EX).
