Tape Float Detected

◊ This error occurs when the front press cover of the tape unit rises and it shields the optical
Cause
axis of the sensor for detecting tape cover lifting during automatic operation.
Shielding the optical axis stops the machine immediately while pick-up position is being
moved.
◊ Verify the setting condition of the tape unit.
Action
(1) If the front press cover of the tape unit is not opened:
(2) If any chip or dust is interrupting the tape unit:
(3) If the tape (tube) feeder is properly fixed to the feeder base.
(4) If the tape (tube) feeder is properly clamped.

Air Pressure Drop

◊ When the supplied air pressure drops during automatic operation or machine adjustment,

the pressure sensor of MR unit detects and this error is displayed.
◊ Verify the air pressure gauge

(1) If the supplied air pressure drops:

Close the front press cover.
Remove the chip, dust, etc. and set the unit.
Set along with the D-pin of feeder base.
Set so that the clamp lever is locked.
Supply the air pressure higher than 0.49 MPa.
Set it at 0.44 MPa to 0.47 MPa.
