Action
◊ Check the rotation of fan in power box.
◊ If error occurs continuously, make contact with the manufacturer.

◊ This error is displayed when the driver of the pulse motor on the Z-axis and Sl (pallet

exchange) -axis has an error.
◊ The driver of motor has an error.
◊ Check for the overload on the axis.
Action
◊ Check for the trouble in the wiring between the motor and pulse driver.
◊ Check for the trouble in the pulse motor driver.
◊ If it occurs continuously, make contact with us.

Door Open
This is detected by the cover switch on the magazine exchange door.

◊ This error occurs when the magazine exchange door is open.
Cause
