Installing the surface mounting plate

4.2.1

Fixing

The surface mounting plate is used to fix the camera to a wall or ceiling. The plate can be
configured for in-ceiling or on-surface cable routing:
In-ceiling cable routing
The camera base sits flat on the surface. There are no flush-mount parts and thus no need to
cut out or drill large recess holes.
Mounting options
The surface mounting plate offers different holes and slots for a variety of fixing options. The
following graphic illustrates the different applications:
Bosch Security Systems
Slide one card into one slot.
Press the card firmly until it latches into place in the slot. To remove the card, press it
into the slot until it unlatches again.
To install a second card, repeat from step 3 with the remaining free slot.
