  • Page 5 Gage Bilt will be pleased to advise for your specific application. The GB7624 is a hydraulic installation tool capable of installing 5/8" and 3/4" standard lockbolts. It weighs 15 lbs (6.8 kg) and can be operated in any position with one hand. It has a 1.970" (50.0 mm) rivet setting stroke and a rated pull load of 40,000 lbs (177.9 kN).

    Perform overhaul in a clean, well lit area using care not to scratch or nick any smooth surface that comes in contact with an o'ring. Use of Lubriplate® (Gage Bilt part no. 402723) or other lubricant is recommended during reassembly to prevent tearing or dis- torting of o'rings.
