Table Gap &
Parallelism
The miter slots must be parallel with the face
of the sanding discs to ensure accurate results.
To reduce risk of finger getting pinched and to
prevent the sandpaper from rubbing against the
tables, the gap between the edge of the tables
and the sanding discs cannot not exceed
To reduce risk of your fingers getting
pinched between work table and sanding
disc, always make sure gap between table
and sanding disc does NOT exceed

Open-End Wrench 10mm .................................. 1
Ruler 18" ............................................................ 1
To set table gap and parallelism:
1.
DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!
2.
On first table, remove guard, then loosen (6)
hex bolts that secure table to table support
bracket.
3.
Adjust table so there is a
size (see Figure 22) between sanding disc
(with sandpaper installed) and edge of table
along its full length, and tighten hex bolts.

Spin disc by hand to check if sandpaper
touches table.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT turn the disc sander
ON until you have verified that it does not
touch the table at any point in its rotation! If
sandpaper touches tables at any point, re-
adjust table parallelism.
5.
Re-install guard.
