Whole Wheat Dough
Sunflower & Kibblewheat Rolls
Ingredients:

Surebake yeast

2 Tbsp
milk powder
1 tsp
salt
300 ml
water

egg, lightly beaten
Method:
Make dough according to instructions on

P.9 Ñ 10 and 13.
Divide the dough into 12 Ñ 16 equal portions.

Shape into smooth balls and place on a lightly
greased baking tray. Cover and leave to rise in a
warm place (30 Ñ 35¡C) for 60 minutes or until
doubled in size.
Brush the tops with beaten egg, then sprinkle

with seeds.
Bake in a preheated 200¼C oven for 20 Ñ 30

minutes or until golden brown.

Make dough according to instructions on

Wrap raisins or jam in each portion of dough.
Shape into a smooth ball.
