    Could you please let me know why my bread is sinking in the middle. I used the multigrain recipe - large. Used 2 teas yeast (which I tested and was very active) 600 g of flour and cut down the water from 410 to 350 g. It still seems quite wet and holy - please advise - I have been baking bread for years and don't normally have any problems but this is frustratin​g me. It is crumbly and quite edible but not right. Please help!!!
