c) Install the new Evaporator and the Lokring connectors, do Vacuum in the system followed by the
original load of R-600a.
DO NOT USE ANTI-FREEZING AGENTS (e.g. Methyl Alcohol) on the Sealed System reoperation,
as these agents damage the Compressor. Only technicians skilled in the operation of Isobutane
Sealed Units are authorized to maintain the products.
When reoperating the Product, REPLACE the Drying Filter with a NEW one.
Use a original Drying Filter, only for the R-600a fluid.
Isobutane is an inflammable refrigerant fluid, however, don't use flame/ weld process to do the
joins/ link connections
6.7 – Defrost Heater:
The lower part of the Defrost Heater is fixed at the defrost gutter through claws in order to avoid ice
bulding on this place. Always secure the contact between these parts.
6.8 – Thermofuse:
6.9 – Doors and Gaskets:
As well as the Cabinet, the Refrigerator and Freezer Doors have a
thicker walls to get a better insulation and the polyurethane foam is done
with C- Pentane fluid.
The internal door Panels are fitted/ injected with the Doors and cannot
be replaced individually, only with the Doors, which one, doesn't has
internal components, handles and gaskets.
The Gasket is not foamed jointly with the Panel and Door, and is not
screwed, and can be easily replaced by simply pulling it from bottom to
top, and fitted again by just placing it from top to bottom as per the below
figure. Such procedure ensures the Magnet will not break.

REMINDER
The Defrost Heater involves all the Evaporator extension,
presenting a better performance of the system. Its operation
(on/off) is also commanded by the Electronic Control and its
electrical features can be verified at the table bellow:

COMMENTS
Turned on, in series connection with the Heater Defrost, the thermofuse
aims at protecting the product and do not allow Defrost Heater to be
turned on continuously. In case of failures in the defrost system when the
Heater is continuously working, it will open at the range of 72 °C to 77 °C
In case of thermofuse burnt/ opening, verify the reason of this before
replacing and plug in the product again.
