MAINTENANCE
The items listed below should be maintained on a regular ba sis.
The frequency of the maintenan ce d epe nd s upon the usage of the unit.
FOLLOWING ]TEMS SHOULD BE THOROUG HLY CUECKED MINIMUM EVERY 90 DAYS
1.
Filter -- s hou ld be checked regu larly on mo nthl y basis and
changed when necessa r y.
2. Belts -- te nsion and wear- on 5 ton units.
3.
Blower beari ng col lar - chec ked and tighte ned.
4.
Eleclrical connec tions --s hould be c heck ed

especially in the power circuit.
5.
Outdoor heat excha nge coil--should be checked for dirt accum u lation
and cleaned.

Condensate drain for access dir t or d ebris collection.
