2.10 A/D Converter
Features
The A/D converter converts analog input signals into digital values, has a resolution of 10 bits, and can
handle 16 analog input signal channels (ANI0 to ANI15).
The A/D converter has the following features.

10-bit resolution

•
Successive approximation method
•
Operating voltage: AV
•
Analog input voltage: 0 V to AV
•
The following functions are provided as operation modes.
• Continuous select mode
• Continuous scan mode
• One-shot scan mode
•
The following functions are provided as trigger modes.
• Software trigger mode
• External trigger mode (external, 1)
• Timer trigger mode
•
Power-fail monitor function (conversion result compare function)
