6.3 Maintenance work compressor

Cleaning:
1x monthly,however, at least every 500 operating hours.
Correspondingly earlier if the air taken in is heavily soiled.
Change:
In the event of damage.
After the second cleaning.
Switch off the compressor with the OFF button.
WARNING: Risk of injury!
Prior to any maintenance and servicing work take all necessary safety pre-
cautions described on page 44!

WARNING!
Do not clean filter cartridges in liquids.
Do not use hard objects for cleaning in order that the filter paper is not dam-
aged.
Replace the filter cartridge if it is damaged or has been cleaned twice.
Tap the filter cartridge with your hand to knock out coarse dust.
Blow out fine dust (max. pressure 73 psig) from the inside to the out-
side.
Clean the sealing surfaces of the filter cartridge.

Open safety sound insu-
lation hood.
Unscrew lid (1) of filter
housing in the direction
of the arrow.
Take out filter insert.
