Possible cause
No electric power to compressor
Fuses are defective
Machine has not vented perfectly

Compressor oil is very viscous due
to low ambient temperature
Minimum pressure non-return

Suction controller is leaking
Switch-off performed by emer-

Drain line is blocked

Rectification
Check electrical connection
Check the mains and control fuses, replace if necessary
Check venting valve and replace, if necessary
Ensure constant voltage
Heat compressor room
Check the minimum pressure check valve and replace, if necessary
Check the suction controller and replace, if necessary
Cut-out normally via O-key
Dismantle and clean drain line
Check oil separator and replace, if necessary
Drain off oil
Set operating pressure to maximum permissible pressure of the
screw compressor
Replace safety valve
Check the venting valve and replace, if necessary
Examine check valve and replace, if necessary
