Check Bill Path
Please open the bill path and
check to make sure no foreign
matter inside.
Please open the bill path and
remove the jammed banknote(s)
Open Bill Path
Top cover of the Bill path is
open. Please close it securely
before operation.
Remove Banknotes
Please remove all banknotes
from the Note hopper and place
them again to resume counting.
The reject pocket is full. Please
remove all bankbanknotes from
reject pocket.
The stacker is full. Please
remove all bankbanknotes from
the stacker.
Error
Please check if the motor error
occurs when power is on.
Please make sure the encoder is
working correctly.
If the error still occurs, please
contact your service provider.

please open the bottom cover and
check to make sure no foreign matter
inside.
Buttom bill path is opened.
Please close it securely before
operation.

from reject pocket. Once they are
removed, the operation resumes.

from the stacker. Once removed, the
operation continues.
The counted quantity doesn't reach
preset number.
