6. Faults
The following table contains the most frequent causes of
faults and the necessary countermeasures.
Faults
No function
Despite a change in
level, no alteration in the
display and no switching
of the output
Instrument responds
inversely
CAUTION!
Physical injuries and damage to property and the
environment
If faults cannot be eliminated by means of the listed
measures, the instrument must be taken out of operation
immediately.
Ensure that pressure or signal is no longer present
and protect against accidental commissioning.
Contact the manufacturer.
If a return is needed, please follow the instructions
given in chapter 8.2 "Return".
