Switching delay and blink codes for model OLS-C29
The model OLS-C29 switch features a pre-programmed switching
delay of 1 s (optional are other times, up to 12 s), after which time the
signal relay's state changes.

This acts to suppress fast changes in the switching status, e.g. with
bubbling or wave effects in the tank. The functional check can be
carried out in-situ via the built-in LEDs.
Their blink codes are given in the following table.
