"THRESHOLD SETUP" allows setting specific thresholds for the downstream SNR
margin, capacity and rate. Whenever the link parameters exceed these values, an
on-screen warning message will appear. For example, if you set your SNR margin
threshold to 8.0dB and sometime during your testing the achieved noise margin is less
than or equal to 8.0dB, a "Threshold Violation" warning messages will appear.
