3.2.3 Upkeep Printing

With this operation, the system automatically
makes an upkeep print and measures its densities
to produce the same quality prints as those of the
day before. In this way, the system maintains
consistent printing conditions.
Perform upkeep printing with the base channel paper.
Each time the paper width and surface are changed,
print condition setup must be performed.

Install the master magazine.

Click [Print].
• After about 5 minutes, an upkeep print is
delivered to the large-size tray.

After the upkeep print has come out, click [Dens.
Measurement].

Adjust the densitometer guide to match the width
of the upkeep print.
