TO TRANSMIT AN EMERGENCY SIGNAL:
1. Function Switch -- ON.
2. Reply-Code Selector Switches -- SELECT 7700 operating code.
TO TRANSMIT A SIGNAL REPRESENTING LOSS OF ALL
COMMUNICATIONS (WHEN IN A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT):
1. Function Switch -- ON.
2. Reply-Code Selector Switches -- SELECT 7700operating code for 1
minute; then SELECT 7600 operating code for 15minutes and then
REPEAT this procedure at same intervals for remainder of flight.
