5.6.3 Configure the Cellular Network
The Mini Field Agent has an optional cellular modem. The cellular options are described in the section,
Field Agent Sales
Catalog.
5.6.3.1
Enabling the Cellular Modem
From the Web Console, navigate to the Technician Console, Network Configuration page. Select Cellular Modem for the
cloud connection interface and save changes. The Mini Field Agent can connect to the cloud using either the Ethernet WAN or
Cellular Modem. If both interfaces are connected, only the interface selected will be used.
