3.4 Software settings

Certain settings are done only once, after the software is installed or have to be
changed only occasionally when fundamental parameters have altered. For example
the menu language, the selection of the measurement device or the definition of a
new printing press will be set once and do not have to be set for each and every
print job to be carried out later.
These kind of settings are made by pushing the yellow left button "Settings" (1.)
and then following the sublayers (2. + 3.).
The following example shows the set-up of a new printing press:

All settings which were made, can later be recalled when defining a "Print job",
where the screen will appear in blue color.
