Read the device's hardware series number.

MAC/PHY commands

The following AT commands are MAC/PHY commands.

AM (Auto-set MY)

Sets the MY (Source Address) parameter from the factory-set serial number of the device. The
address consists of bits 29, 28 and 13-0 of the serial number, in that order.
Sending AM displays the address.
