How to Operate:

REVIEW THIS CAREFULLY TO ENSURE SAFE AND LASTING OPERATION
Please ensure that the mower has been fully charged before beginning. That involves
connecting the charger plug to the mating plug if the battery is running low (Fig
2.6). Then plug the other end of the charger into a standard wall outlet. A full charge
is usually achieved overnight. The charger will automatically shut off and the
indicator will turn GREEN when the unit is fully charged.
1. Always follow the safety rules.
2. Ensure that the parking brake is ON (Fig 2.3).
3. Install the grass deflector. NOTE: to ensure safety, the grass deflector MUST be
attached to the unit at all times
4. The G2 unit is meant for INTENDED USE ONLY! DO NOT USE FOR ANY
OTHER PURPOSE.
5. Position yourself comfortably in the seat.
6. You MUST remain seated for the mower to operate. The unit includes an Operator
Presence Switch that requires the operator to be seated properly. If you are not seated
properly, the unit will not operate.
7. Turn the key to the right – you will see the LCD Display screen underneath the
steering wheel indicate your battery charge level.
8. To begin – you MUST release the parking brake.
9. To start the blades, push down on the green Blade Motors Operators Button (fig 2.12).
NOTE: make sure the unit is in neutral position before engaging blades. To properly
disengage the blades, press the RED Blade Motors Operators Button (fig 2.12).
10. The blades will automatically disengage when the following occurs:
11. If the RED Blade Motors Operators Button is pressed (fig 2.12).
12. If the Drive Control Switch is positioned to neutral OR reverse (fig 2.11).
13. If the key is turned to off position (fig 2.5)
14. The Operator lifts or leaves the seat.
15. Release the accelerator and the unit will come to a complete stop.
16. To proceed forward – Press the Drive Control Switch to the forward position.
17. When you press your right foot on the accelerator – the unit will then begin to move in
the position that is set using the Drive Control Switch (fig 2.11).
