We appreciate having you as a customer and wish you many years of safe and satisfied use of this machine using clean and green electric power.     SAFETY LABELS WARNING READ MANUAL  Read and follow Operating Instructions before operating machine.  This lawn cutting machine is capable of amputating hands and feet.  Be familiar with all controls and their proper operation. Know how to stop the machine and disengage them quickly.

    ASSEMBLY SET UP – Overview Before you open the carton of your New Recharge Mower®, please review the following: WE RECOMMEND YOU HAVE A SECOND PERSON ASSISTING BEFORE YOU BEGIN.  Remove the over shipper carton by lifting it straight up and over the enclosed metal frame that houses and protects the unit.

    Seat Installation  Carefully slide seat wiring through the pre-designated hole in seat plate.  Align the tracks attached to the seat to the tracks on the seat plate. Carefully pull the seat lever (near the front of the seat) to slide the seat into place. NOTE: Slide until the seat is securely locked into place.
  • Page 11 Grass Deflector Installation  Remove and dispose any packaging.  Carefully place the grass deflector on the deflector point located on the deck of the unit (fig 1.7).  Slide the supplied bar through the holes on the sides of the deflector point to secure the grass deflector in place (fig 1.7).

    Blade Replacement Before making an attempt to replace the DUAL blades, order ® genuine replacement parts for your Recharge Mower G2 at: www.rechargemower.com FIG 4.1 CAUTION: Avoid injury! Rotating blades are dangerous. Before replacing blades:  Turn unit OFF and remove key.
  • Page 20  The key will unlock the rear case which may then be tilted backward to access the rear wiring and storage (fig 4.4).  When you are finished, carefully close the rear case and lock it back into place (fig 4.5). NOTE: make sure that there are no open circuits or loose wiring BEFORE closing the rear case.

    Charge Time: For Best Results: Custom designed deep cycle batteries are included with your Recharge Mower®. In order to achieve the best results, we suggest you drain the batteries as low as possible before each charge. This may mean you are cutting more than one time between charges. Once you have depleted a substantial amount of power from the batteries (when power indicator of mower shows ‘RED’), we suggest you connect to the charger immediately.
