turning adjustment screw. This screw is
located in a hole directly below meter,
and may be turned with a narrow blade
screwdriver. Accumulation of oxides, dirt,
etc. on the probes may prevent proper
alignment of the needle. In this case
remove probes from the tank and scrape
clean. Apply sealant to thread area only
and replace probes. Care must be taken to
keep the probes free of sealant.
The
power-on light
will glow automatically
when you are hooked up to city power. This
light and the polarity warning light are your
checks on a proper 120 volt connection.
If the gauges are not working and the
panel light does not light, check the fuse to
the right of the central control panel. The
fuse serves all lights and gauges of the
central control panel except the water
pump. The water pump has two fuses, one
in the central control panel and one at the
water pump.
Access to the rear of the Central Control
Panel
is necessary for replacement of
panel light bulbs. To remove Central Con¬
trol Panet remove 2 screws that secure the
filter to the range exhaust hood housing
and drop it out. Remove 2 screws up inside
range exhaust hood and remove range
exhaust fan knob from lever by pulling
straight out on knob. Remove screws on
side panel inside roof locker, and pull
electrical connector apart.
The optional
electronic digital clock
oper
ates at all times whether you are on self-
contained battery power or hooked up to
120 volt city power.
To operate the clock, push display switch to
ON. To set correct time, push set switch to
SET MINUTES and then to SET HOURS.
To conserve electricity, the display switch
may be turned OFF. (See Fig. 1.) The cor¬
rect time is held in memory until the display
is turned back on, if, when the display is
turned back on, the time shown is incorrect,
there has likely been a power interruption.
After some time you may experience what
appears to be a malfunction in the set
switch; that is, the displays may not turn on
at all or they may "rapid fire." This is caused
by dust on the switch contacts and is easily
corrected by moving the switches back
and forth 10-20 times.
A Motorola AM-FM stereo radio and com¬
bination Motorola Stereo AM-FM radio with
8 track stereo tape player are available.
(See Fig. 2.) The "fader" control allows the
front speakers to be turned on by them¬
selves, or the rear speakers by themselves,
or any combination of front and rear
speakers.
To operate the AM-FM Stereo Radio:
1, Switch power on at ON-OFF and
VOLUME knob.
2. Slide the AM-FM switch to the left or
right to receive band desired.
3. Tune in desired station manually or
automatically with pushbutton,
