The main functions of 8SLI3/16SLI3 board are as follows:
Generating 20/25 Hz Sinusoidal/Trapezoidal wave ring

Detecting Dial Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF)/dial pulse

 Detecting on/off-hook
 Generating a tone
Power Fail Transfer (PFT): 1 line for 8SLI3, 2lines for 16SLI3

Message Waiting Indication

 Supporting Caller ID Tx
