Possible Solution: Delete the authorized number or initialize the unit. If the number has not be
added as an unauthorized number, add it.
5. GPS Fix Fail
Possible Cause: GPS reception is poor. Or, GPS antenna is not connected well. Possible Solution:
Put GPS tracker in an open area and leave it for 10 minutes to get GPS signals. Check the GPS
antenna if it is properly connected.
6. The device has no signal but battery still runs down.
Possible Cause: In order for the device to conserve power it needs to go to standby mode but if
the device does not get a good GSM signal it will constantly search for signal which will use up the
power of the device.
Possible Solution: Place your device in an open area and let it search for a signal. Or, turn off the
device and remove the SIM card. Leave the SIM card out of the device and charge the device.
When fully charge, insert the SIM card and check if the signal is good by sending the command
"check+password".

7. GPRS Connecting fail
Possible Cause: APN, IP address and port may be wrong. GPRS is not active yet or no credit
for the SIM card.
Possible Solution: Configure APN, IP address and port again. Activate GPRS or topped up the
SIM card.

seen below:
The 123.456764, -45.456543 are the latitude and longitude numbers respectively.
