Troubleshooting
Wireless network not found or distorted;
Microwave ovens, DECT phones or other wireless 802.11b/g/n devices in your
proximity might disturb the wireless network.
Make sure that the firewalls in your network allow access to the television's
wireless connection.
If the wireless network does not work properly in your home, try the wired
network installation.
Internet does not work;
If the connection to the router is fine, check the router connection to the
Internet.
The PC and Internet connection are slow;
See the guide for your wireless router for information on indoor range, transfer
rate and other factors of signal quality.
Use a high-speed (broadband) Internet connection for your router.
DHCP;
If the connection fails, you can check the DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration
Protocol) setting of the router. DHCP should be switched on.
Your television supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. For more information, contact your Bang &
Olufsen retailer.
See network information
You can see information on your network connection in the View network settings menu.
Note: A previously well-functioning setup may develop problems over time as
surroundings change. Check your Ethernet connection or router. If the problem persists,
contact your Bang & Olufsen retailer.

Configure your network

In the Network configuration menu, you can select between a DHCP or a Static IP
network setup.
If Network configuration is set to DHCP, IP address, netmask, gateway and DNS servers
are assigned automatically. Otherwise, select Static IP to set up the network manually.
