Air Filter
The air filter (including the foam element) must be kept clean to provide good engine power,
a low gas consumption and a long life of the engine.
If operated in dusty, wet or muddy conditions, inspect and service the filter more frequently
than under normal conditions.
Never use your ATV without air filter or foam element (danger of engine damage!).
Air Filter Housing Drain Tube
Periodically (weekly) check the drain tube for gasoline or oil accumulation.
If necessary drain the gasoline or oil into a suitable container.
Shock absorbers
Each shock absorber should be visibly checked weekly for excessive fluid leakage, cracks or
breaks in the lower case, or a bent shock rod. If any one of these conditions is detected,
replacement is necessary. Contact your ACE ATV dealer.
NOTE: When the ATV is operated in extremely cold weather (-23° C or colder), a small
amount of leakage may be present. Unless the leakage is excessive, replacement is not
necessary.
