    OPERATOR’S MANUAL ATV-CHECKLIST Precautionary measures PARTS WHAT TO CHECK The more you familiarize with the operation of your vehicle, the better you can handle it. Turn the handlebars completely to the right/left – there must be no Steering resistance. All parts of the steering system must be properly fixed. No system Always wear protective clothing: Helmet, goggles, long-sleeved shirt, long pants and play is allowed and steering has to move freely.
  • Page 6 Starting the engine Follow these steps to start it up: !! CAUTION !! Don’t push the E-starter button longer than 30 seconds. Inspect the vehicle following the check list Test the hydraulic brake system by pushing the pedal several times. 2.

    BREAK-IN PROCEDURE !! CAUTION !! You should change the engine and transmission oil of your ATV every 2000km. Please New ATV’s and renewed ATV engines require a „break-in“ period.     Brake pads GENERAL MAINTENANCE The clearance between the brake pads and brake discs is adjusted automatically as the NOTE: Proper maintenance of the ATV is important for optimum performance.
