Electronic position transmitter EWG 01.1 — Option — The electronic position transmitter EWG 01.1 signals the remote position or the valve position. On the basis of the actual valve position sensed by hall sensor, a current signal between 0 20 mA or 4 20 mA is generated.

Loosen the screws [2]. Remove plug/socket connector. Hereby, cover [1] and terminal board [5] or frame [6] remain together. Seal open plug/socket connection, e.g. using AUMA protection cover and parking frame. Fitting the plug: Clean sealing faces at the cover and the housing.
The electric connection cables must be without damage and wired correctly. Do a thorough touch-up of possible damage to paint finish to prevent corrosion. Original paint in small quantities can be supplied by AUMA. Cable entries, cable glands, plugs etc. have to be checked for correct tightness and sealing.
