Details of Failure
• Fault occurs with the unit. Make sure that the gas valve is open.
Contact our Technical Department if:
The display may indicate the type
of failure that has occured depending
on the system configuration.
Remedy
Turn the power "Off", make sure that the gas valve is
open and that the gas meter has not shut off the gas,
and if this is the problem, please rectify it. Then, turn
the power "On", and when the hot water tap is turned
on, it is back to normal if nothing is displayed.
