Changing a Rhythm's Tempo

You can change the tempo of the selected Rhythm.
Furthermore, you can change the tempo as the Rhythm is being played.

Press the [Tempo/Rhythm] button to have the tempo
displayed.
Pressing the [Tempo/Rhythm] button alternately displays the tempo and
the currently selected Rhythm number (indicated by an initial "r").
