• Standard range scan module
• Long range scan module
• High density scan module
The scan module for cabled scanners has a port to attach a
wand, laser scanner, or CCD scanner. The standard range,
long range, and high density scan modules have an
integrated laser scanner.
You can scan bar code labels with the integrated standard
range, long range, or high density scan module, or with the

Hand-Held Terminal
Congratulations on Selecting Intermec
to help meet your data collection needs. You have chosen the
world leader in the data collection industry.
The TRAKKER Antares 2420 and 2425 terminals are
hand-held data collection terminals. You use these
programmable terminals to run either custom applications or
terminal emulation applications.
You use the TRAKKER Antares 2420 (T2420) terminal to
collect data and periodically upload the data collected to a
host computer via RS-232 serial (wired) communications.
The TRAKKER Antares 2425 (T2425) terminal has the same
functionality as a T2420 with the additional ability to
transmit data via radio frequency (RF) communications in
Intermec's 2.4 GHz RF network. The wireless T2425 provides
real-time communications through the Model 200 Controller
or DCS 300 using UDP Plus protocol or directly to a host
using TCP/IP protocol.
Both terminals have 512K of RAM reserved for customer
applications and a 750K flash drive to store applications and
files. The T2420 has an option for an extended storage drive.
The TRAKKER Antares terminals are ergonomically
designed to make data collection easy and include these
features:
