1650 mAh Battery Pack Instructions
The 1650 mAh lithium-ion battery pack (Part No. 068537) is designed for use in a Trakker Antares  242X
terminal, a 243X terminal, or a 502X Data Collection PC. The following table describes the methods you
can use to charge your 1650 mAh battery pack.
Charging Method

** This charging method does not guarantee recharging the battery pack to its full 1650 mAh capacity.
Before using the battery pack, please read these instructions thoroughly and retain them for future reference.
Note: Use only the Intermec battery chargers or devices described in these instructions to charge
the 1650 mAh battery pack. Although the battery pack looks similar to commercially available
video camera battery packs, it will not work in other battery chargers.

Charging the Battery Pack

You must fully charge your battery pack prior to using it in a 242X terminal, a 243X terminal, or a 502X
PC.

If you use the Z2400 battery charger, TZ2400 battery charger, or the D5020 Serial Communications Dock
to recharge your battery pack, remove the battery pack from the charger within 24 hours after charging is
complete.

Battery packs can be charged after partial discharge without affecting the original battery capacity.
Caution
Use only the methods described in this instruction sheet to recharge the Intermec battery pack
(Part No. 068537). Recharging this battery pack with any other charger could result in damage
to the battery pack.
